David Choi, sophomore at Washougal High School, was selected by the staff as the November Rotary Scholar. David is an excels in mathematics and music. He is a member of the Jazz Band and Wind Ensemble, and last year as a freshman, he was the alternate to the state solo and ensemble competition. Congratulations, David!
